ABOUT PROJECT
EVERYONE CAN LIVE IN COMFORTABLE ROOM
Objective:
The purpose of this crowdfunding is to raise funds for the project name "Everyone Can Live In Comfortable Room" that the main purpose is to provide an affordable, value-added and quality room to live for all the middle and low-income employees, employers and students.
Facilities Provided:
We provided a room with a rental fee covered utility expenses and low deposit required so that more and more people able to afford it. The furniture in the room provided are:
- Bedframe with mattress
- Wardrobe
- Study Table
- Chair
- Aircond
- Fan
Besides, we do provide some facilities and services in the common area, such as:
- 100Mbps Unifi
- Refrigerator
- Washing Machine
- Water Dispenser
- Cleaning Service
We wish to maintain the quality of the room and common area at a high level. We will also continue to provide our services and help to solve the unit related problems from tenants as soon as possible. All the unit's location that we managed are very near to shopping mall and restaurant. We hope that all of our tenants are able to live comfortably, conveniently and enjoy the facilities provided.

OneX Home Management will use 90% from the collected fund as shown in the figure to convert an unfurnished unit into the fully furnished unit and ready for tenants to move in through renovation, purchasing furniture and electrical appliances and household items. We want to make sure all the rooms look clean and tidy and all the facilities are functioning before passing to the tenants.

这次的募资是为了筹款给这个“人人都能拥有舒适的房”的计划，希望能提供给中低收入打工族，老板和学生们一个负担得起，的有价值和品质房间。
我们提供的设施：
我们提供的是一个较低的租金（包水电网）和征收低押金，好让更多人有能力不需要一开始出一大笔钱。我们会给予一些房间家私，如：

- 椅子

此外，我也提供一些设施和服务在共用地方，如：

Our risks and challenges are the targeted funding amount might be unable to achieve and delay the expansion of OneX Home Management project, the occupancy rate of the rooms is not more than 90% and competitive markets in the Johor Bahru, Johor area.
